Re: NONA
The letters were Sizzix Shadow alphabet.
The inner part of the letter was cut out of real 'Mirror' card (I can't get any more of that now as the recycling centre at Corby is now closed)
The shadow was cut from black mount board.
I covered the edges of the letters with a silver pen.
As Quickutz embossing folders just happen to be about 2" in size, I cut 12 2" squares of black paper and embossed them.
I went over the embossing with a silver ink pad.
These black embossed squares were glued onto on piece of white mountboard.
Next I cut 12, 2" frames of 'Mirror' card with my 'altered' Sizzix die.
Then I glued the frames over the embossed backers whilst still all on one piece of mountboard.
All done apart from the final cutting of the mountboard which I then inked the individual tiles round with a silver pen.
