I am reading quite a few different authors at the moment, Lesley is also an avid reader so she gets them all from Amazon.

Can you describe them in more depth are they for men or women, appropriate for teens etc. Sam has suddenly developed a voracious reading appetite. He has never read more than about 3 whole books and has just read 6 in four weeks. I am so pleased I have another bookworm (Matthew is as well) but Sam has a fairly narrow band of interest. At the moment he is reading Garth Nix but can see us running out of them by Easter!

Has he read 'Eragon' that is one written for children and adults, I loved it, I'll ask Lesley which ones she thinks would be okay for him, he's just in his early teens isn't he, she remembers things better than me.

Meant to say it is a series of books I'm rereading the first three as it was a while since I read them and still enjoying them.

Ruth Lesley says they are okay for a teenager to read, they are about a land that has earth, water, fire, and air furies and all the people living there can use them to different degrees except one boy, so its his story of how he overcomes this, lots of battles with semi non and non humans etc.

Thanks I'll have a look for them, he did try Eragon a while back but found the text too difficult, size is important where text is concerned because it jiggles on the page!

Just seen on amazon that he is the guy who wrote the Dresden file books, we were dead annoyed when the yanks decided not to make any more Dresden file TV shows!
