BIL's wedding, lotsa pics
Quite a few of these are scrap lifts.
So, in not quite the right order probably here we are;
A bit miffed that the blocks don't line up as I'm sure I measured them, however it's less obvious in the actual album with the gap between the pages.
My favourite, which I bought more stickers to do my own copy as I was loathe to part with this. SIL took this pic, which I got enlarged, too big and had to print this one pout at home, but hey ho worse things happen.
This one has a little sparkle on the paper, and shows the groom borrowing the money for the license from his FIL and my dh as he's left his wallet at home, the journalling is in DH's fair hand.
Well after all the advice I didn't have time to get the little frames in after all and I did add a tiny bit of pink, but this is still one of my faves, hand cut Laura Ashley leaves with tapestry stamps, ivory braid, velvet flocked brads and pretty paper, nearly kept this one.
]
I was worried this was a bit too Barbie, but it's ok with the photo's in; Papermania transparency and lacy felt stuff. The flowers are grey not blue. Wish I'd had time to journal on this one, as the bride is rescuing her maid of honour whose heels are sinking in the grass.
]
My fave pic of the bride with her boys and other happy snaps. Cuttlebugged swiss dot shapes
Hearts of scraps with machine stitching, confetti is the actual 'petals' thrown on the day by the brides sis.
I think the brown ribbon came off a choc box but the ivory flower stuff is new.
I really wish I'd had time to journal and put titles/captions but I don't think I did too bad for an afternoons work getting the pics in. Plus the 5 weeks getting the Lo's ready.

Re: BIL's wedding, lotsa pics
Karelyn, what I can see looks beautiful.
I love the scraps stitching one and the fushia circle one. That one is really gorgeous.
Pics are really big, so here's a how to:
You've got them at 1023 x 515px and you need the longest side to be 600 to fit in a post. I posted a bit of software in 'Look what i've found' the other day that you could use if you don't know how to do it on your pooter. Instructions for resizing are in there.

What a smashing book Karelyn.... They are all super and i love the pink circle one best. I also loved the hearts - you are obviously quite nifty with the sewing machine. I bet you didnt want to part with the book did you? and did they squeal with joy at getting it?
you've done a lovely job.

What a great job you made of it, great idea to have it all ready and add pics at last moment. Bet they were chuffed to bits.

Love the heart pages, but they are all a nice memory of a big day.
Try and go back and write a little with names and dates. It does help
in years to come.

I did put the date on the intro page, along with an invitation and the words to their song that was playing on the way in and out. I will try to get it back and do a bit of journalling but not sure when we'll see them next.

Do they open Lorraine? cos they're working ok for me on my pc, but I can try to shrink them with the instruction if it's not working for everyone of course.
I have got the max measurements in with my canny folder LOL but didn't actually check it
Just had a thought; I've got a wide scren pc monitor, that could be why it works on mine derr.
I just wish they came up this big on UKS they come up tiny there.
I'm just lazy really, it's all the photo bucket hassle I can't be bothered with

Re: BIL's wedding, lotsa pics
Well don't worry about it, Karelyn. It's not a huge problem but if I can't see them all then I know some others can't either. A lot depends on the monitor resolution too, so you (and everybody else) just do what suits you, hun.

Great afternoons work. I wouldn't complain if I get that much done
so well in one afternoon session.
