Serif = Digital Scrapbook Artist
Look what Goaty & Teabag bought yesterday from Colemans Rushden but you can buy it straight from Serif.
It is a super software digi Scrapbooking programme. Lickily we, DH & I have been using Serif right from their 1st version of PagePlus. That gave me a bit of a start into it as I can'y follow instuctions. It is hit and miss but this programme is very easy and I knew that when I watched it demoed yesterday.

I think both of these links will work. Please let me know if not.
I'll let Goaty fill you in on the picture. It was a annual BarBQ at Geddington, run by Kettering Rifle Club which DH belonged to before they took the hand guns away. (Now look at gun crimes)

The links work but it wants me to install sliverlight and this is a work PC!

Re: Serif = Digital Scrapbook Artist
Once you have got to daisytrail.com you will need to download silverlught. It is a very quick and safe plug-in to enable viewing of these scrapbooks.
I think it also prohibits any copying of these Lay Outs which I think is good.

Re: Serif = Digital Scrapbook Artist
i didn't have to download a thing..mind you, they are my kids...and the other half.
I was so funny, we were at the bbq and Geri sat on hubby's knee, the back legs started to sink, i took some piccies and they did end up a lot closer to the grass....
I wish i could instantly recall the date? it was summer and fun.
I am so pleased to see Teabag scrapbooking, she always swore she would never do it....

Re: Serif = Digital Scrapbook Artist
I designed the front cover of Goatys 'Loonie' book with this new programme.
It started as a full 12" x 12" L.O. then I reduced it to 3.1/4" x 4".
I grouped and copied thew flowers so as I could decopage them.
This shows it fanned out complete with a pocket made from a CD poly case which hold the
template and instructions for making and adding more pages.

The book is great! I love reading your banter you two, I was wondering if we could time share you Nona and Sue?
That's a great page from your digi scrapbooking too.

Nice idea though, it'd have to be sort of 'Blue Nowhere' as in Maria's book review.

Hi Gillian, yes, you can share us, just move closer...or come and visit.
I am ashamed to say i am enjoying the website more than playing with the programme....I am learning tips etc.....but thats how i got involved with this forum and i am never sorry I did
I just need to give up work, when Teabag wins the lottery she will pay me a years wages...unless she only wins a few quid, in which case i will pull a sicky...

Re: Serif = Digital Scrapbook Artist
It was a super afternoon Thrifty, me, DH and Goatys gang and with such a photogenic little girl I couldn't go wrong.
I only the plain frames as I had only just got hold of the DSA prog' but it worked out OK by just tarting it up. Super programme.
I am sure it would be much more self satisfying to do a proper layout though, but I am not into that (yet).
