Well you girls definitely got the idea and you have done me proud. This CJ is better than my wildest dreams and exactly what I had hoped for, but better. Thank you all so much, it will be one of my most treasured possessions.

heres my covers and sign in tags and end page. My favourite sign in tag was Stephs because of the gorgeous cow charm, and Karelyn attached a darling little bag of lavender to hers

and heres my pages

Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Maria600x298

First to go was Lorraine and she set a fantastic standard. The little attached colouring book is my favourite feature of the whole book

next was Karelyns lovely Lavender page, I adored the pull out music and the vellum gives it a really dreamy quality
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Karelyns600x538

Helen did a super Humpty Dumpty and I loved all the versions of the rhymes, I had never heard most of these. I loved the humpty picture especially too- one of my favourite pages
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Helen600x311

Then came Patty and she managed to get the hobby horse to look exactly like my beloved Bella, that was my favourite childhood toy, so lots of memories there and a photo of the real Banbury Cross and a lovely hitory of the origins of the rhyme.

next was Steph - well what can I say, it us superb of course, and I adore the little sheep - Patty will swoon when she sees them and its beautifully done of course.
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Steph600x315

Cath did me the most marvellosu decoupage of one of my favourite pictues of Hickory Dickory. I love this rhyme and I love these pages
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Cath600x322

KT came next, with a lovely Mother Hubbard, a cute dog and an opening bone cupboard.
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Kt600x326

Cynthia did Mary Mary and the picture of the queen opens out to reveal the story behind the rhyme.
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Sandy600x319

Sandy did Lucy locket and another nice decoupage
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Cynthia600x298

Sue die Mother Hubbard and it includes a superb pull out book with the story of Mother Hubbard. I utterly loved this, especially the story.
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Sue600x325

last but definitley not least was Bobs, with a glorious Sing a Song a sixpence in Bob's own inimitable style - RIGHT up my street and again, one of my favourites. The pocket includes a tag about teh rhyme but the best bit is the booklet on the second page which has got what looks like original pictures. This page could have actually COME from my childhood book.
Maria's CJ - Nursery Rhymes Bobs600x339

and heres the little book but it has to be seen to be beleived

Ladies, I thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

I loved doing this one, because I love Nursery Rhymes. I was going to do Goosey Goosey Gander, but changed my mind.

I was the last person to do a page in this CJ, so I got see them all and everyone's pages were superb!

What a lovely subject this was. I had three possibles in mind, and imagine
my feelings when they had all been done. Never mind, they all worked out
and I loved working on it.

Although i absolutely adore all of these, i am sad!!!! not just jealous cos i didn't join in...but sad, because my Rainbow atc's were going to be the Mary Mary quite contrary story...Do you think i shkuld change it, i dont want people to think i copied..the pics are different..

it was just the silver bells and cockle shells, i am doing silver.

~~I don't mind changing if you think i should. ❤

I can only imagine your face when you saw the hobby horse...i would have cried if i had received this beautiful Journal.
