Thank you everyone for all your comments. I don't show much of my work because the first retreat I went on I was working on some A4 layouts in a calendar of my nephew and the lady next to me asked me what I was doing. I said they were my first layouts and explained about them. She took one look and said mm, you can tell you are just a beiginner and laughed. She than called around to a few of the other ladies that I needed a bit of help and I would be grateful for any comments. Let's just say that that put me off and this layout is the first I have done (apart from the CJ's) and shown since.

Helen I was just admiring your layout then read what someone once said to you, who did she think she is!!! No-one on here is like that thankfully.
