Steph's Challenge # 3 Lace card

Sorry its on its side. I tried to turn it without success.

is it a peel-off or an embellishment of another kind...i love the birdy cage

The lace is gorgeous and has lilac ribbon in it.
The birdcage isn't a peel off. It's a 'die cut' from my pile of stuff.
I say die cut but it was one of those that left all the white round
the edges to I had to trim it all and then I went over it with gold ink
to make it look like metal. Was quite pleased with the reult and thought
the birdcage went well with the lace.
I had to cut and trim the birds as well, and I did actually feather
their tails, but it doesn't show in the photo.

Its lovely and birds are very 'in' at the mo.

it reminds me of peeking through someones net curtains and seeing the birdcage ....lovely steph , nice to see youve been busy while ive been gone
