Outward Bound
Here's a couple of layouts I have been doing these past few days.
And here's what the journalling under the hinged photo says:

Re: Outward Bound
I'm with you on the climbing, but that water looks chilly and the 'tent'; been there done that too many times for comfort, I will only camp if good weather is guaranteed now.
What a great LO though, love the colours, the flourishes and the journalling is terrific.
So when's our next getaway?

Re: Outward Bound
It's a fabulous LO but I could never have done that. I like my feet firmly on the ground
and am not very keen on heights. Great journalling.

Re: Outward Bound
Yes, that "tent" ... I was taken out alone, given that sheet of polythene, a sleeping bag, a billycan and a box of matches, plus some powdered milk, bacon, egg and tea. Left for 24 hours with no contact and no idea where I was and then someone came back for me .... and guess what, I was asleep in my bag!!!!

Re: Outward Bound
Eskdalemuir, Lake District. Goaty, I did the zip wire, the jumping in the river from 15 ft (and I couldn't swim, hence the life jacket) and also the "tree hopping" some 60 foot up in the treetops! I loved it all, each and every bit of it - except turning myself upside down in a canoe in the middle of a lake (a non-swimmer's nightmare!!)

Re: Outward Bound
Again Patty stunning LO. I love the journalling and the hinged photo is quite stunning.

Re: Outward Bound
Go Patty, with that strange stirring motion the kids do with their hands clasped in front.
