I need help

I have a pack with parts for 3 waterfall cards but no instructions, I have found some on the tinternet but can't understand them as although in English it was written by some one abroad, so can some one either put the instructions on the technique thread or email them to me please please pretty please, they will be much appreciated, ta very muchly.
