Maria started off my CJ and she did Tag Art. Several techniques including
alcohol inks, caught in crystal technique using Klear floor polish !!,
polished stone overstamped - this is a lovely effect, a cross stitched tag,
and a lovelyresist technique. I had a super bonus on these pages as I
had a guest appearance from Patty with her own technique of random
scribbles of felt pens, embossed with clear powder (Patty's is the yellow
flowered tag peeking out in the middle of the right hand page.
Shall treasure these pages always - thank you Maria, and 2 Patty for a
very welcome surprise extra.

STEPH 023-1
.....................
Tina's pages are gorgeous. So many different techniques and what a lovely
way to present them. On the left sided page :
Parchment 'M' - so yummy. I have tried parchment and love the affect but
it's very time consuming. The 'Y' is gloss painting and really lovely.
The 'MY CRAFTS' letters all lift up to explain the technique and also a
page about Tina's crafting. The 'C' is cross stitching, the 'R' is wire with
beading - very well done (I love it), the 'A' is a photo with the A made from
crafting tools (clever girl), the 'F' is embossed in gold, the 'T' is beads (close to
Tina's heart) and the S is quilled. How versatile and two wonderful wonderful pages
Tina.
STEPH 024-1
..................................................
Ruth did two pages of what we all know her best for. Two lovely
coloured images on a background of stripes and cotton reels.
The colouring, as always with Ruth, is great, and I loved the pins.
Would you believe, Ruth says she hated art at school.

STEPH 025
.....................................................

Kate's contribution was a waterfall card complete with instructions. The
one KT made gave three different colouring techniques using Promarkers,
Twinkling H20s and watercolour pencils. The background on the right hand
page has been stamped and embossed.

STEPH 026

.......................................................
Cynthia's pages are a joy to take in.
Clear fragments used to highlight areas, metal embossing with alcohol inks and
another using a melting pot ( want to try that),embossed funky foam, stamped stampboard (love the effect of this),
wool paper(lovely-new to me), copper embossing and spotlight highlighting.
Fabulous pages Cynthia - so many techniques and one totally new to me.
STEPH 027
STEPH 028-1
....................................................

Sue's pages were fascinating.
First ection is called Messy backgrounds. I totally identify with this
as the backgrounds are gorgeous. So many ideas for backgrounds and
I am going to try some after Christmas as there's nothing I like better
than experimenting with backing cards. The secong part of Sue's pages
is shrink plastic. Have to be honest, the only time I have used this
is with the grandkids, and as before, have been meaning to expreiment
more with it. Loved Sue's lovely items.
And a big thanks Sue for sending me extras like the stamped die cuts/
background/flourish and the skrink plastic pieces.

STEPH 029
STEPH 030-1
..............................................
Gillian's pages showed the techniques she likes to do, with stamping,
die cutting, lots of flower embellishments. Gill says ' I just love to have
a go' and I think we can all identify with that.

STEPH 031
................................................
Kim included several techniques which included (in Kim's words) 'a cross-
stitched roses are red thing' LOL -(I would say like a pin cushion), a nice
tag, Distress inks with Kim's favourite pad, some star shapes with micas and
Stazon and gems, a lovely piece of stampboard (domino size) which a
sparkly and gorgeous. There is a lovely stamped flower image coloured with
Art Kure pens .
STEPH 032-1
..............................................
Lorraine took photos of her favourite crafts of card making, jewellery making,
parchment craft, polymer clay jewellery and scrapbooking.

STEPH 033
..................................................
Karelyn made out cards that showed her skills as a cake maker/decorator (and
even included a photo of a cake in the shape of an old fashioned flush loo
(LOL - what a great piece)knitting, fabric painting and clothes making and
sewing. I am useless at all those so respect anyone who can do them.

STEPH 034
.....................................................
Helen said of her love of CJs (me too - ) ATCs (me too) etc.
Also distress inks which I love playing with as well.
Helen stamped a flourish and a flower, but not sure what it is
stamped into. Very effective.
STEPH 035-1
......................................................

Thank you everyone - I shall treasure this work of art forever. The book is
nearly 6 inches deep and is utterly super. I looooooooooooove it.

Stunning CJ, I was lucky as I was the last to complete it before sending it back. Very fat and I have no idea how you are going to keep it together!

It is full of loads of info and techniques.

On my page Steph the flourish and flower are triple embossed, I have written on the pages somewhere but the silver pen may not have shown up :)

Ah, just had another look, and the angle I was looking from, I
couldn't see anything, but have seen it. Loved the effect.
I think I will have to use ribbon. The rings I had are no where near big enough-
not that I'm complaining - there is lots to look at and lots to try and inspire.

Sorry - I will try and edit. I had a job to sort out some of them
(and obviously failed) - I did ask everyone to put their names on
the page, but not everyone did so. Doh - I really thought I had it right.
