YAY you, nice one. Really pleased for you hun. The first time I ever ever dieted, counted calories, I only changed one dress size in 4 stone. Never felt right in thinner clothes. But the last time I did really well I only lost about a stone and a size.

It'll come, just keep doing what your doing hun, well done.

Well done Ruth , at least you can see some difference if your jeans look different. Am sure it won't be long until you drop a dress size, keep up the good work.

I have now moved onto Z stone 6, it was Z stone 4 last week but did nothing but eat last week with plenty of birthday chocs so relieved I only gained 2 pounds! Trying to eat more fruit and veg hoping that it will help my stomach, had loads of strawberries today, had asparagus yesterday, salad for lunch today, mushrooms (I love mushrooms). I can wear my smaller jeans now although still wearing the old ones as they are baggy and it's cooler in this weather! Even with fibro wall days I still find myself more active, I am enjoying the weather and not feeling huge and sweaty, although any hotter than about 24 degrees and I will melt.

Smaller jeans is a landmark, well done, and the fact that you're feeling better all round, keep it up, like you say a birthday blip is more than acceptable.

Well done Ruth - keep it up. I'm not dieting as such but trying to eat
sensibly. I love fruit, and can't have too much but it's so lovely.

Den bought me some 'strasberries' yesterday. They are a cross between
raspberries and strawberries. They look a cross between the two and are
very nice but taste more strawberry than raspberry. Very nice though, but
expensive - over £2 for a very little plastic box.

I seem to remember someone, not long ago, bemoaning the fact that she was losing all this weight but couldn't get into smaller clothes - we told you it would happen!

Well done, Ruth (even with the chocolates).

Well have run out of letters at the bottom end of the alphabet so now we go back to the beginning so weigh in today was Ast 13oz so officially 3 stone, although it has been hard going and have probably lost an additional half stone with the yo yo-ing. I think I am back on the wagon but am going out for an Indian on Friday.
