Dear Fatty Empty Dear Fatty

That's the name of Dawn French's autobiography. Actually, in her intro, she says it's more like a memoir than an autobiography (which is meant to run chronologically - and this doesn't).

Her's is written with each chapter like a letter to someone. Some chapters are called 'Dear dad', others 'Dear Len' etc etc.

It's very funny - with some bits managing to make me actually laugh out loud. One part especially where she describes what it's like to kiss certain people. Hilarious.

I've not quite finished it yet, but it's really a jolly good read!

BTW - Fatty is her pet name for Jennifer Saunders! lol!

I don't go much for autobiographies as obviously they only tell you what they want you to know but this sounds great so I think I'll have to give it a go.

Kissing, hmmm what about Hugh Grant. Remember when that was on Children in Need I think, or was it comic reflief. Very funny though.

I think she is brilliant, so funny. Love the advert of her promoting this.
