One small gale and those end panels will fly off their supports!!! Couldn't they afford to do the two end bits then??

I assume they are waiting for smaller panels to arrive, but as
Patty said, a strong wind, and bye bye panels.

DH just asked why they've done both sides, as you're usually responsible for one side. Bit of a puzzle all round.
I'm guessing they're not the neighbourly sort.

Well the one closest is the boundry belonging to a mature single lady who I think gets on quite well with the younger gay male neighbour (bout my age) so maybe they came to an agreement and she paid towards the fencing if they helped put it up...

Actually with how well all 3 houses do seem to get on surprised that fences that high are in fact going up! We've never really spoken to any of them because we had our fence go up straight away so gadget and belle wouldn't run amok in their gardens lol

I have no idea if their waiting for final panels, to be honest I think someone quite badly miscalculated LOL

I had 6ft fences all round, but the neighbours knew I was growing stuff up them and were more than happy about it all. The top foot is, actually, trellis although full of plants and climbers now.

I bet they didn't add up right LOL. Its easy enough to cut one down. Unless they such good friends it mean they can pop into each others garden...though other neighbour probably wondering.

Ours are 6ft on one side, lab dog that is bonkers and two kids, other side is 5ft, but top foot is trellis that cn be taken out when we want to talk
