New Year, New Start

OK, our first swap for 2016

I'd like to give us all a bit of a boost in the postings, lots come on regularly, but some not so much.
We'd all like to hear what you're up to and where possible see what you've made. So please could we have swappers posting regularly (min 6 posts a month, which is only just over 1 a week).

All swaps should be photographed/scanned and a picture posted on receipt,(receipt of swap must be acknowledged). If you can't put a picture up please make sure your sender gets one, before sending.

For January please make a time related item which will fit in a regular small (postcard) sized envelope.

It could be something with a quote on; using time, having a good time... you know the sort of thing, use words, or not as you feel fit.
Any medium, paper, fabric, plastic as long as you can post it we love it.

I won't muck about with the list, first one this year.
Next month I'll try to make sure we don't get the same buddies. Unless anyone else would like to organise next month's swap.

Me, please, Karelyn - this will be right up my strasse, especially as I've just taken delivery of the Kaisercraft Time Machine stuff to make a memory book for my friend who's 70 next month.

When you say 'postcard' size envelope, do you mean C6?

I think so Lynda, fits A6 in, so yes, C6. You know the usual size, or any small size envelope, just to keep postal costs down.

Oh go on then. Do we have a swap partner or next person on list or to you? Not much time to do it though, lol ;)

Looking forward to starting swaps on here again. Shame there's not more going on really.
Not sure if anyone else is having problems loading photo's up using windows 10 or if it's just me doing something daft ?

I haven't tried Windows 10 I usually go through the route of servimg
This is Lorraine's how to;
Click on the icon above your text box that says 'host an image' when you hover over it. (2 left from the paperclip icon).
Browse for your file on your pooter (choose file).

Click on 'host it'.
When the next window opens, click on 'copy' next to the middle code to highlight it. Then....right click and copy.
Click on the icon again to close the window.
Paste the code into your post.

That system still works on Windows 10, Karelyn and Cynthia, so there shouldn't be any problems.
