This is what I did at a crop on Friday - it's the righthand page of a double layout done on a grid format - using 1/4" spacers between all the photos and cutting them to sizes to equal a 12 x 12 inch page. Good way to use lots of bright different coloured photos on one layout.

That's really nice, very clever way to use smaller images.

Very clever that!! Though I'm like Goaty and would need someone to work my pics out for me! I get stressed trying to work out dimensions for exploding boxes lol

That is so nice - it doesn't look overcrowded even with lots of
photos on the page. Really lovely Patty.

Great pics, your lovely garden again?
Brain of Britain here; So what do use as a spacer, is it a strip of paper or what?

Yes, it is my garden, except the little wooden man who was in Hyde Hall! Spacers, yes quarter inch strips of card, use 2-way glue (you know, the sort that is repositionable if you let it dry - Zig-pen I think it is called) and start at the edge with the spacer, stick down some pics, then move the spacers across vertically and horizontally and then stick on the next pics until you have the page filled. You need to work out the measurements first though!!
