Turkey burgers Empty Turkey burgers

Free on original.

1lb lean turkey mince
1small onion grated
3 small courgettes
1tsp soy sauce
1egg yolk(I don't bother)


Mix all together until combines well. Shape into 4 burgers.

Grill until cooked

Serve with salad or free veg.

I also often use turkey mince to make meatballs, just shape it and cook in passata.
