Encaustic Art anyone?
With our impending house move, I need to sort out what I take, and what I can't justify paying someone to transport in a lorry! I got all the kit to do encaustic art a couple of years ago, and really haven't made the time to do very much.
I have:
an iron
a stylus with interchangeable tips (one plain and one like a wire brush, unused)
a selection of wax colours including metallic (about 23/24 colours)
a pack of 24 black painting cards (A5 , possibly 1 or 2 used)
5 white painting cards the same size.
Also included is Michael Bossom's book (£8 when new, and in good condition), which is a really great introduction to the craft (and the instructions are pretty much idiot-proof, I managed to follow them!).
Basically everything you need to get started.
I was going to put this on Ebay, but thought of you guys first, and wondered if anyone wanted to make me an offer? Although not particularly heavy, I imagine it would cost around £4-5 to post.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date

I sometimes do encaustic but have the stylus, book and iron. You'll
probably sell it as a complete batch on EBay. Good luck

I don't have a stylus, are you willing to split the batch?

Yep, no problem. Would be cheaper to post as well.

If you have the blocks of wax left I will gladly buy them off you.
I can always use those.

Hi Steph, I have pm'ed Goaty to suggest a price for the set (minus the stylus), will wait to see what she says, but if she doesn't want them will let you know straight away.
Will also pm Thrifty about the stylus.

That's fine Tina - no hurry. Goaty may want the waxes, but if not, you
know where to send them.

what are you wanting for the lot? I have a travel iron but it's not that great for the job.
Mind oyu even having a private lesson with Michael Bossom couldn't get me doing it right.

Hi Celfy, not ignoring you, Karelyn is having the stylus. I have pm'ed Goaty about the other stuff, but she hasn't been on the forum since; if she says 'no', I'll get back to you.
