No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date
Re: CJ CHAT
Yes I have some lovely dog pics I can use, I have a theme in mind but need to get my head round wording it.

You should do your CJ on dogs Maria
What a good idea for Maria.
Kate - you could do something on an Oriental theme as you like that
or maybe a Book of Fairies. How about those famous flower fairies-
with each person choosing a flower with the fairy. Just a thought.

Re: CJ CHAT
Well, my journal is done.
Just got to do my pages now. I know my composer and opera, but can't decide on papers - as usual.

Re: CJ CHAT
mine is almost ready for posting too just have to make the big decision as to whether to put book rings on it or use my corded stationery things while its on its travels cos they are lighter
then find a postal box as i find its better to travel and less hassle for others when it comes to packing up cos it just stays in its own box and all they have to do is reseal it up.
i know ive saved one from something or other

Re: CJ CHAT
I am very cross. Made such good headway with covers yesterday, but made them a little larger than the pages and now Ive realised Ive got to put the holes RIGHT where Ive stuck the hinges!!!
also didnt have any black brads so used yellow and coloured them black with ink.... which hasnt dried still and I cant fit all my sign in things on the page now the holes are in. HMMM

Oh dear, Maria. What a bummer. I'm sure you'll sort it, hun. Are they metal hinges then? or the chipboard lookalikes.

Re: CJ CHAT
Dont worry Maria, I'm having issues as well and I've only done the front half of my cover!!!
My cover keeps leaking... need to seal it somehow!

Re: CJ CHAT
grungeboard, but Ive put brads in the 'screwholes' where I need to do the holes and also i made the cover 7x7 so that the pages sit inside a bit better but now I realise I am going to have to make the holes further in IYKWIM.

Re: CJ CHAT
Kim - I think I used treasury tags last time until the CJ came back to me.
It worked well and as you say it packs easily.

What a good idea Steph; those huge bookrings that I bought at Christina's will make my CJ very bulky...

Mine's done!
Apart from the fact that I managed to punch my holes on the wrong edge of the back, so the paper is sideways on, I'm quite pleased with it!

Mine's coming along nicely I only need to do my LO and get a box for posting. Can anyone tell me what to do about my printer not picking the glossy photopaper up I had to print all my photos on matte?

Might be worth checking the photo paper box to see if they include a carrier sheet?
