Re: CJ CHAT
OK, finished Kim's CJ!! Surprised myself but I know I'm going to be stuck for time otherwise so I will be bringing it to the weekend to hand over to you Steph, hope that's OK.
Very unusual book Kim, have you seen another one like it?

That's fine Helen. I'll tuck it in the bottom of Mimi.
You've made good progress on that.

Got Cynthia's wild animals today.
Oh, boy. Even though there's only 3 done so far, you are going to LOVE this, Cynthia. It's gorgeous.

Re: CJ CHAT
I loved yours and I know just what I'm going to do for mine too. I've had it planned for a couple of months now and was praying that nobody else would do it.
Are we all ready for posting on Monday, girls? (those that weren't handed over that is).

I am excited already now hearing the CJ is looking good . If it's anything like last years wild animals I will be thrilled as that was a masterpiece.

Re: CJ CHAT
Blimey, have just had Lorraines from Steph and its lookign absolutely fabulous - the best Ive seen I think. Am awestruck at the work thats gone before me, and hope I can keep it up.
Lorraine, Can I just clarify whether you want a book of different composers operas or a book of different operas (regardless of if that composer has already appeared)?

Re: CJ CHAT
Different opera's, hun. If you choose a used composer, just try and find a little bit of different info on him if you can.
See, I love Tosca and Madame Butterfly. Both by Puccini, but would have no problem with them both being in there.
I can't wait to see this.

Re: CJ CHAT
thanks for the clarification... and yes, you will love it. I know nothing about opera (well a little bit now Ive had a read, will come in handy for quizzes) but this is truly the best CJ I have seen.

Re: CJ CHAT
What? better than artists, Last time?
I want to see that one, it didn't come to the retreat, so we do need another! I get it first which is least scary but I don't see all the other gorgeousness IRL.

Re: CJ CHAT
Well, if it's better than my Renaissance Art then it really has got to be something special, 'cause that one was bl**dy fantastic.

Re: CJ CHAT
Steph, I've finished Gillian's CJ for this month. Do you want me to send it to you a bit early so you have a bit longer to work on it? Just shout if you want it sent.

Re: CJ CHAT
HELP!!!!
Kims CJ has arrived and I must be doing something wrong. I cant see how to open it, and in the end I undid the treasury tags from the inside (is that right?) but something is wrong as the pages dont seem to be in the right order, ie half of one artist and then a different artist on the page opposite and then the first artist reappearing later and one of the sign in pages is in the middle of the book.
ive obviously done something wrong. majorly. Ive put it back in the order it was in. Can someone tell me how to open it.
and thank you so much for the domes you put in with it for me Steph, I love those and the ATC too.
