www.joannacampbellslan.com

this link should take you to Joanna Campbell-Slan's website, she is an author and a scrabooker....she writes amonst other things, about scrapbook related murders, two books at the moment.

I first saw her books advertised in a craft mag....i have even been to the library to persuade them to order her two books, as they are not available in the county library at all!!! i can't wait.....but, it has to be cheaper to pay £1 per book requested than to keep buying books....

her website looks good and....there are some free templates, I didn't look at many.... :flower:

Thanks honey..will read these 2 if they come through the library. I have a feeling, well it seems that the other books are textbooks, rather than stories..did you check out the website?

Hi again.

I just thought that I nwould share with you that Teabag kindly ordered me the latest in the Joanna Campbell Slan books, i paid her and picked it up with the intention of keeping it until i got out of hospital...but i had read it by the next evening. a super thrilling mystery based around scrapbooking,

The list of her scrapbooking mysteries called Kiki Lowenstein 'scrap N craft mysteries.

Paper, Scissors, Death
Cut, crop and Die
Photo, Snap, Shot
Latest is 'Make, Take, Murder'

All set in St. Louis

Available from Ebay and Amazon, some are used but worth it for me as I read them in a day, much to Teabag's amusement. She is also ordering me some craft books written by Joanna, really sound great..can't wait. Must get to banK so i can pay as soon as they arrive. lol.

A now 'Single mum' and co-owner of a craft store in St Louis gets involved with a murder.....again. Her personal relationships with clients and the detectives, make it a great book.

It also has a reference in this latest one to 'the famous british scrapbooker and designer JANE DEAN. ' Scrapbooking knowledge shared and some super tips and ideas for a project or two.

Yes, famous, her son was at the forces 6th form college and she and her family holiday at Bamburgh, she has a daughter, forget her name and a sis that scraps too. Used to work for Scrapbook mag before it folded, has a workshop in Kent.
Big lady, short dark hair, a jolly, fun type, throws everything at the page.
