Yes, there might be a theme, but how different this one is from Kate's. I love pink and brown together: for a moment (while picture was loading) I thought it might be the pink/brown box I have dis-assembled for future use but no. So beware - it might become your birthday card!

I have also just recycled the packaging and the bow that came with my anniversary pressie, some truth beads and chamilia beads for my bracelet.

didnt get choccies for anniversary, so lucked out there lol
