Made this up and don't know what to call it, lol.

dry fry some leeks and a yellow and red pepper. Add some pasata and a bag of chopped chicken breast from Iceland. If you haven't got that then any chick breast will do obviously. Cook for about 20 mins till chicken cooked and enjoy with free veg.

KIds said it was delish tonight.

Well you could anything thats free to that eh? Chilli or garlic would be good too.
