Thanks to Di for this add on.

Follow usual instructions but using A4 card instead of having to buy 12" sheets.

Outer layer - cut 21cm square and mark at 7cm.
Middle layer - cut 19.5cm square and mark at 6.5cm.
Inner layer - cut 18cm square and mark at 6cm.
Lid - cut 13.5cm square and mark at 3cm.
