Trick & Treat Halloween Bag Swap

Ok so I ran this idea past Lorraine before we moved and she said it was all ok!

So the idea of the swap is, you make 2 small bags (kinda like the little gift bags you can get with peoples names on so no bigger than 4/5" or ATC sized) and you decorate one treat bag & one trick bag!

Then inside you can put a trick & treat of your choice.

Post them to me where I will then jiggy them all around so you receive one trick & treat bag from 2 different people!

It's entirely up to you how you make your bag & what you put into them!
However I do ask that you just pop me a little note saying what your bags contains (i.e. if Lou joins and you fill a trick bag with glitter then I'll know to def. send it to her or if Maria joins I know to avoid anything halloweeny with a spider on it!).

I'm giving a pretty long sign up / send by date so hopefully to entice more of you to join

I need to find a bag template, or at least make myself one!

Are the items trick or treat supposed to be bought or made, i.e. is there a price limit/suggestion. Thinking about this one as I don't do halloween either, well not the kids running around the streets kind of thing, BUT this would be just a bit of fun

It's really up to you what you decided to do! If you do buy something I'd say only make it something cheap i.e. trick: packet of gummy eyes or some plastic spiders or something silly like that.

I wouldn't expect anyone to spend £'s, more pennies

Started off my first bag last night, using the template I posted, i've done it 2.5" by 3.5" then the smaller pieces at 1"! Goes together quite nicely, especially if you cut the corners off the flappy bits at the bottom!

OK sign up is now closed, so you have until the 25th oct to send me your bags

I've finished mine. I'll take photos when DS brings my camera back, but they will be
in the post on Monday. Enjoyed this Kate, it was something different.
