Party Orders - Take 3

This is my work this week so far...





Here is some of Helen's Mitchells Fabulous beads! I am testing out a watch using elastic, never made one using it before as i was worried that the metal would cut through it, but this one is mine, and so far so good hehe.

Love the watch, Rosie is testing some grungeboard wrist bands out for me, using them in the shower etc, so far so good.


I always seem to have a problem with elastic, do you put glue on the knots Carol?

Yeah i use hypocement on my knots Jo.

Yes, the top one is amazing, Carol! Did have a look at your other two posts when we first got back on the Internet the other day, but didn't have time to post and say how much I enjoyed looking at them all. I just don't know where you get the time and the inspiration.

I don't usually like beaded band watches but that is fab!!! I think it is because the beads are a similar size to the watch face - perfect!!

Well the great news is i have had no trouble with the elastic and the metal beads havent cut through it. I have been wearing it everyday from the time i made it and its still going yay.

Hi Carol, I've just been looking back on the old threads and wondered how do you do the caterpillar. I've had a look around google but not really getting anywhere. thanks hun, I love the pendant above.

For the red and silver ones i adapted it and did peyote tubes and beaded those instead of the strung way like in the instructions. using size 8'0 & 11'0 beads.
