Hardly any word from Suzy. I think she's deserted us.
To be quite honest, I feel quite disappointed.

Aw hun, I think she's just got so much on before tomorrow that she's not had a lot of time. Sounds like a lot of work at the moment with all the different visitors and family.

aaaw steph , suzy has not spent loads of time on here recently anyway , so dont get downhearted , and as karin has said she has lots extra on at the moment with the party and the fact that she is 50 now and its slows you down real bad plus she will be counting all the extra wrinkles and grey hairs .

I know that Suzy's been busy, but she has been on the forum in the last couple of days. When I send a card and there's no 'thank you', I worry whether it has actually arrived or not. Given that she has been on the forum and not said anything, I have to assume that it didn't get there .

Same here, but presume it did and she'll be on soon. Sent 4 others at the same time and I know three of them are there.

I hope not, party's not until Saturday night!

i sent one too and havent heard if its arrived.

I'll have a word when I get there, I think she probably is just up to her neck in it, and if she's anything like me she'll have come on here to say thanks for the cards and got sidetracked and done something else instead.

1st card to arrive was from Richard..a super retro one.

Ruth's Easel card is amazing as i already said on another thread. well admired...

A frightfully posh lady (looks like a film star) with some super duper advice lol (JO)

Tina sent a beautiful card , damask look with matching co-ordinating striped paper and a lovely neat bow.

Joy had designed a lovely elegant zebra themed card, super edging.

Di (M) crafted a green themed card with flowers..lovely job

The card from Dawn had my name on it in glazed chipboard letters, and flowers..what a super shade of aqua/greeny/bluey

Maria's thistle tagged card is colourful and delicately coloured/shaded

Misty (Jan) had sent an atc with a matching card..a lovely verse and super design...called 'Suzy likes red"

Lorraine? well the satmped head of a lady is gorgeous and the co-ordinating papers and ribbon looks amazing. What was the stamp called?

Another red themed card from thrifty, with a young girl in profile in glittery gold, she does look very like me, elegant and fairy-like....a lovely verse i must use in my super book of my party.

Olwen's card was so elegant, it had an elegant, thin lady with a halo of stars..obviously I inspired the choice. lol


Steph sent an amaziing acordian style bok with so many images of goats..and it was housed in a tin. x x x

Orinnoco brought over a super goat card..lol thank you petal x x

Patty crafted a super card with 3 panels, very pretty bluesand co-ordinated with black dots embellishments and ribbon.

Lynda sent a card, which i cannot immediately find in the huge pile i still have to loook through again, but i was very pleased to have received it along with her good wishes on the forum.

If i have missed someone, i apologise in advance and when all of my birthday stash and gifts are properly sorted ( and fudge eaten...you know who you are..and what i have to do if i eat it...lol) I will update

Sue, I don't think it's that we need individual thanks, we just like to know things have arrived, hun.

As for my stamp...can't help you with a name I'm afraid. It's unmounted red rubber and I've had her for ages. I think (only think though) that it was a Rubadubadoo one.

Did you get the DVD okay ? I worry as last week I had two bulky envelopes and one parcel
that were opened when they arrived.

Well after all my posturing about it must have got there cos others did, it looks like my little pack of bits didn't arrive. I didn't send a card, as I'm not doing that this year. I have been sending little bits of stuff and inc in this one was an origami folded box with flowers in etc.

I'm really sorry it didn't arrive Suzy, I had made these ones specially for the Feb birthdays.
