Re: A New Watch??
That is absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! have you made that???? I think that is one of the best things I have ever seen.
is it a trick of photoshop?
if its real, are you selling them on your jewellery site? or will you sell me one?

Re: A New Watch??
That is a big WOW.
So tell us - is it a real watch or what ?
It's really effective.

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date

Re: A New Watch??
It's real.
Tim Holtz inspired and took me about an hour this morning to make.
It's an old watch of mine that didn't work and I'd taken it apart as I use watch parts on quite a few things.

Re: A New Watch??
Lorraine, if you will make me one I will happily send you a cheque unless you would prefer paypal or direct transfer.
if you have several why not have a section on your jewellery site for 'quirky' or soemthing and have them there for sale, im sure I wouldnt be the only taker.

Re: A New Watch??
Love it, I did have a pocket watch that doesn't work. Now I just have to remember where I put it as I am sure it's somewhere waiting to be turned into a craft project.

Ummmm, I shan't be charging you, Maria. Doh!!!!!Maria wrote:Lorraine, if you will make me one I will happily send you a cheque unless you would prefer paypal or direct transfer.
I've got to find a watch first and I'm sure I don't have one that big. If I do, the strap might be useless so we may have to sort something out there.

Re: A New Watch??
well i only want it if I can pay you for it, you cant go around asking for stuff like that and not be expecting to pay. I shall definitely want to wear it though, but if the watch has normal sort of brackety bits, perhaps I can get a strap for it here?
I shall wear it all the time I know that. I LOVE it.
and I do think seriously you should think about putting some on your site, or at least a pic of the one you've done, and a note saying 'by request'.

Re: A New Watch??
Well like a fool I never looked at this last night, and boy did I miss out. This is fabulous. Can you imagine the comments on it, excellent.
For me I would stress about where to put all the little bits. Are they glued in place, or is it still the inner workings but just not the face, except for the dream bit of course, I know thats been added !!!
