Ok, girlies. Time for November's swap.

It did have Slide Mounts on the list, but as I've not seen anybody use one of those for yonks, I've changed it.

I want you to make one of THESE.

Just follow the instructions and you'll find them quite easy.

Your theme is Anything Goes..but I would like to see some distressing on it somewhere if you could manage it.

well they were square, but the same principle. And I def sent one to everybody....except that I didn't actually put any covers on

They look great and when the postie brings another 3 or 4 of those extra hours I'll join in, otherwise I daren't as I know I won't get it done.

i dont remember the rak of squash books years ago either ,maybe i did not get one ,but if i did it will be in my box along with everything ive had from you lot .ive only ever thrown away one thing and that was a nasty atc with broken glass on and the sender does not come on here nowadays ,not done for years but her name was the same as mine

I'm really really sorry but I can't take part either this time. I've three fairs to sort out, and not yet made one single christmas card that wasn't for a workshop or class. Arrrggghhhhh.

They do look lovely though, could we do it again next year, would love to have a go when I've more time.

So so sorry Lorraine, I know you put a lot into all these and feel guilty for not joining in but not enough time I'm afraid.

Sorry, Lorraine: did think when I saw the heading that I might have a go, but when I saw how (relatively) time-consuming it is I decided I just won't have time. November is probably a good time to have a simple swap, maybe.

And Tina - I didn't get one of your books, either. Are you confusing us with some other group, maybe, as several of us have now said we didn't get one?

No, I'm not, Steph. I was going to, but I've too much to catch up on at the mo, plus being in the other DT now, I'm sort of losing track a bit, lol.

Completed the actual book and am very happy with it.
First time I have made one of these andcould adapt this
for several uses.

Mine's just a book, no contents; that would be far too taxing
