Retreat LO's 1 SCardsPirates

This first one as you can see is backed with acetate. The top two photos were made to look like the old polaroids, not sure why but that's what we were told to do and looks pretty good to me. The papers were lovely, there should have been a minibook on the side but I preferred the pics to be immediately visible. I need to add a bit of journalling, probably on the back

I think this is one of my favourites although the huge amount of cutting out from the different pages had my fingers tied in knots, It's been sprayed in places by Mica mist but that's not so clear

Oh Wow, Ruth. They're both fabulous but that second one is brilliant. It's just so well put together and so much to look at. That's the kind of LO I want to do but can't.

Very different pair, but the second one is gorgeous.

Had forgotten how long Matthews hair was!

It's not long anymore thankfully, it's short and gelled to within an inch of its life!

They're both terrific, but what do you do with an acetate one, there has to be something behind it, even it it's the next LO, I love the idea, but I'm baffled by the practicalities of it.
Love them both though, well worth the bother of all the cutting.

The first is great fun - for some reason, I love pirates on cards/LOs but the
grandkids aren't into them
The second one is just divine. Love all the papers etc and the way
you have put it all together.

It would have to be in its own pocket with nothing else backing onto it, but then as my friend pointed out, you'd see the back of it so then you'd need to decorate the back as well so the answer is no I have no idea as to the practicalities of it, it's been put into an album with a blue backing from the layout sharing that page cover thing

Both fab, and yes, I'm with the others on the second one being just gorgeous!

I do like that 'faux polaroid' idea, could come in handy!

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date  Laughing
