Well, it's taken me 3 days to do this, including melting my background fabric, lol. And, after all that time, it's still basic. Oh well, never mind - I was getting fed up with it anyway, ha ha.

All fabulous since I last popped into this thread. Love the black lace on the couple one. The Mums and dads one is stunning. The double layout looks fine, there's not a lot you can do with friends and families photos because there are so many that need including. For that layout it would be ideal to have one of those double 12 x 12 page holders so it folds out. Then you need a double layout on the other side so maybe not! Love the last one, the pink diecuts are perfect.

They are gorgeous Lorraine, basic! Well if you put much more on there it would detract from the pics, I wouldn't say basic, it's not a technique and stash use up competition is it. You've done what looks great and that what you need to do. I'll say it again, provide tissues!

Yes just inside the cover, a little decorated pocket for the tissues!

Hmm, I can see what you mean but I dont think its that. what about matting the photo on navy so it can compete better with the other stronger colours.

That paper is yummy too.

Agree the photo needs something dark behind it to bring it out. Busy photo on busy paper so just needs a bit more plain colour around it.
