Bag 5 - Puss Off.
This one is a car crash and will NOT be going in the shop, lol. I know a little girl that might like it though. I didn't cut the fabric properly, never thought to centre the cats, so had to cut a couple of inches off the side. The blue fabric turns out to be polycotton and not proper cotton, so didn't behave well with the cat cotton, it was quite slippy. I'd got some bamboo handles to go on this bag but decided not to waste them on it, so I ran up a couple of fabric ones. 14 x 10 inches. It'll do, lol. I do quite like the simplicity of the design though, it's a neat little shopper and this one has a flat bottom so will probably do another one in 'proper' material.

Lovely colourfor the blue, and its not as bad as you think. Well I like it lots. Glad you will do another one, in fact it could be a staple earner being a shopper. iykwim

Alison's right, Lorraine: could be a staple of your collection, because people who can't afford/justify to buy bags at the higher prices might treat themselves to a shopper because they love the fabric you've used.
Other problem with cotton and polycotton mixed is that if you wash the bag the cotton might shrink just a bit and everything will go puckered.

Not a car crash at all, maybe just a little bump. Remember your man in the street, he know nothing. You know it was carp to work with but it looks better than fine, someone will snap that up, they just see the fabric design.

Looks good to me, not quite as good as the others but nice material, every bump is a learning experience
