lol! Patty!!

Right - I've just finished doing Steph's and it's all packaged up and ready to go Maria tomorrow. I'll post in the other thread once I know it's gone.

Hope it doesn't take so long as last month's one.

Oh you are an angel Bobs... I never mind only having a short time to do them but in this particular case I must say i was praying it would come early or on timeish because ive got to get it done before I come to the Uk for Christmas so I can post it as soon as I get back here on 30th in time for Lorraine to get it IYKWIM. I wont post it in the Uk cos it would mean sending it right over Christmas and i think thats just too risky.

Ive been looking forward to Stephs and cant wait to see it. once again, thank you for getting it done so timely.

I'm half way through doing Bobs. I need to pull it all together.
Trouble is, with somewhere like Oxford, there is so much history and
photographic opportunities that it's difficult to cut it down so have gone
for the more quirky side of Oxford.

How interesting. Didn't realise the French didn't send cards. Wonder what other
countries don't.

They don't in Germany either, you can occasionally get a postcard type card, but they don't send them much for anything, baptisms I think is all I can remember seeing.

We always used to get a postcard-type card from my auntie and uncle in Germany and also from my various aunties and uncles in Poland. We never actually received an opening card type.

Nor do the Czech Republic, Bulgaria or Slovakia. They all, though, send a little postcard for the New Year and also for Easter.

it must be the size of a house by now Cath!!! I had a sneak peak at this when it came to Pattys (because i had already done it) and I really enjoyed seeing where peeps lived and everybody had done a great job then too but it was getting enormous.

Im getting Stephs next and thats another one i have really looked forward to, I want to see what thigns everybody likes, not least I want to see what STEPH likes!

Its the best delivery of the month when a cj arrives I reckon, i love it, its like having a gift, even though it isnt staying as it were. I am so enjoying this whole business.

Fair play to Royal Mail - this was only posted yesterday, and it's always a relief to know it has arrived
safely.
Maria - I wish I had tackled my pages in my own book differently. You'll see what I mean
when it reaches you. I had never done a CJ before and kept it simple, but after seeing
everyone else's books, wish I had done more to it. Never mind, I think of it as
a learning curve.

I really must get my act together with this one, I have an idea and a time slot, tomorrow, so I hope I won't be burning the midnight oil, not sure why, apart form the busy time of year, but I've struggled with this for no real reason.

Aw - We've got another 5-6 months to wait yet. If you like it I know I will.
Can't wait. The box is one of a set I bought a long time ago on Create & Craft.
I don't know what condition it will arrive back here in, having been to Scotland
and France but I shall probably keep the CJ in it if it's not too bad.

That's so strange - When I started seeing everyone else's books, I wish I had made more
of my pages, but never having done a CJ before, I wasn't really sure what to do, and
I wanted to do a LO like this of my likes and loves. So thanks for that - it does make
me feel better about them.
