(Not) Miss Ipswich
Most of the girls lined up at the end.
It wasn't as much of an ordeal as I had thought it might be, but a bit of a shambles/poor show really. Glad I didn't pay the £30 asking price for a ticket as I went as a sponsor with Mick's bosses wife. There were goodie bags for every other guest which consisted of; a mousemat in puke yellow or blue, a v cheap notebook 6 for £1 type and a mini bottle of hand sanitizer. At least I have a nice gift bag to give someone else.
The food was nice, but the girls who won were given bunches of flowers from Morrisons across the road, they then go on to the next round. Who needs Eurovision, it was a trial but not dire.
The highlight of the evening was when my companion laughed uproariously at one contestant who said that she was there with her brother from the FBI. Then she corrected herself to say IVF, and Julie still couldn't control her laughter, oops. Bit of an odd thing to tell the world anyway.
Some of the Eco outfits were good and others just dubious. This is Chloe's made with a car boot curtain £4 the pair.
She made the fascinator.
This will be one to put on my choc stash to help me lose weight!

Well, I think you look smashing, and so does Chloe. You did a great job with the curtains.
