Here's the second of my wintry layouts.

Oh WOW - wonderful Patty - I think I like this more than the other one.
Now I have got most of my cards/swaps etc done I really must start some LOs.

and just to show my superior knwoledge..i would say that the photo on the left is of a Hoar frost..taken in France....

er Nope Goaty, not this time.... Those photos werent taken here, although Lupiac lake was of coure, thats round the corner.

I reckon they are from a skiing holiday Patty went on... maybe Austria?

strange as i was sure she had said it was taken at 'my daughter's house' one of the first times she mentioned you on old forum....way before you joined..never mind...but did you know how i knew it was a hoar frost...????

I know the photos you mean - those were taken in my garden and I saw the page you did with them for Patty, it was lovely, HOWEVER, these are not them, nor anywhere near here as far as I can see. You do get hoar frosts in other places apart form my garden you know! LOL.

you got it Maria..it was when we did a digi swap. Patty did a fantastic page for me, i sent her pics (via email) of geri picking strawberries and i got a gorgeous layout back.

i did one for her with her pics...she must have sent extra pics of a hoar frost, because i thought the one on left was from your garden.

i had never known of hoar frosts until i researched it..then i kept seeing it everywhere..even teabags windscreen and garden.

And just to settle all arguments ... It WAS in France, tho not in your garden Mia ... when I took Bramsey up to the woods for a walk it was some grass in the woods there (of cepes fame!) The other was, as you thought, whilst doing a cross-country skiing short marathon in the Dolomites. Such peaceful and wonderful countryside and no people for miles!

Suze - I got purple and dark green Staz-on in my crafty presents for my burfday from Mia! Adding to my collection.

i already have purple and red and green and blue...so there...but sadly..no white....yet!!!!!!

I might have to pop into town tomorrow night after staff training.....well no way would i cope if i dont get one for xmas...so for insurance purposes only!!!!!i has to have me some of that....
