Have I understood it right that we shouldnt upload pictures if possible? Is this what you mean by gallery?

I think I am right Maria in saying that we need to put photos in the
threads like we did on the old forum as the gallery itself has very
little space and Lou's not sure how much it would cost to upgrade - so
it's business as it was .

Oh dear - not very good at explaining things am I ?
Right. On the last forum we put photos on threads, The forum before the last
one had it's own gallery so each member could have their own photos in their own gallery.
However, Lou has bought some extra space now, so I think you can load some into
your own gallery. I'm sure Lou can elaborate
