Christmas layouts Empty Christmas layouts

Post by WeirdCat Mon Jan 05, 2009 10:19 am

Thought I'd do a couple of Christmas layouts yesterday whilst the papers were still to hand, the cracker one uses Doodlebug papers and the decorations one uses American Crafts. I wanted to see how i got on with a lot of photos on a layout

I think with Christmas LOs you want to get as much on the page and include everyone and
everything that happened. I have to admit that some of my Christmas LOs in the past are 'busy' as I want to include everything. Looking back some were very 'crowded' but I will
not change them.

These are great Ruth I like the cracker idea and if you don't mind can I scraplift your cracker? It would fit in with some of my photos. Smile

These are great, Ruth. Yes, they're busy, but that reflects what Christmas Day is like!

Anyone can use the cracker idea and the only reason they were quick is because there happened to be a crop but that's two years in a row now I have scrapped Christmas just after-it's getting to be a habit.LOL

Like both of them, the letters on the decorations one are very pretty.

I find with Christmas I often have to use lots of pics, partly to get the story and partly because I don't have any particularly good focal point pics, they're all a bit iffy. Both great, liking the sparkly letters on the bottom one.

Lovely layouts Ruth, I think it is a good idea to scrap Christmas just after as you have more time.
