Just found the boxes Lou, shame is they are on Artymiss so not reliable. Made by Making Memories lots of different colours if you scroll down. On sale too.

Fancied the pewter and valentine...both out of stock.
Still, can manage a couple of others. 
Even artymiss is better than nothing when you just have to have them and especially at that price.
Just seen the pewter one for £11.75 elsewhere and I'm not paying that. (now I know what I'm looking for, lol).

i will be keeping an eye on these, have you made any more yet Lorraine? Just tell us how to do the hinges....and don't say its easy?....
