looks like this birthday is going to last more than a week...

i might be going to a multi grub restaurant with hubby on Saturday...it has chinese, indian and Italian food and loads of it 'buffet style' eat as much as you like...and same fantastic array of starters, mains and puds.....and.....a choccy fountain. can't go out friday night..unless after 9pm as hubby is doing a disco...and Saturday he has a band gig in Peterboro...anyone coming along????

As if i would Celfy...lol I will take my pill before i go, and i will be sensible with eating...I am trying to cut out as much wheat and caffeine as possible as the cutting right down with caffeine is really helping reduce the booby pains.

Shall i pop into your work to see you next week? I still have your xmas present to give ya...

Goaty, yours may be late cos I couldnt get on line to get your address off. Mind you, it'll stop you opening the blooming thing early like last year.

Have you tried the decaff Sue, I have been using Nescafe original decaff and it is a really great taste, and I am feeling so much better.
