KARIN - Finished Twinchies
I decided to go with the Wall hanging and having got a very large piece of white part gloss thick cardboard from our local craft shop I decided to use Alcohol Inks. The first time I've used them since the 'weekend'.
I then added accent beads to the edge of the board, another item I've had for yonks and not used and using two of the squares I had still got from my twinchies I cut them in half, edged with different colour beads and put them in the corners. I used 3 different co-ordinating fibres and braided them into a hanger for the finished project.
Added 3 daisy layered flowers at the bottom, to use the space really as the board was only just wide enough at its widest point and so couldn't come lower because of the corners.
I have to say I am very pleased with this.

Re: KARIN - Finished Twinchies
the centre colour on the flower looks white, but its actually a pale pastel green. Forgot to add, that I printed out the details of the swap and listed who I had the squares from and stuck it to back with sticky back plastic covering it.

What a lovely reminder of that fab weekend, eh? Using the alcohol inks was a great idea - they give such a wonderful colour combination don't they? It's a lovely piece of work Karin.

Love the colours you've used, Karin - and what a great idea to use your own leftover twinchie squares for the corners!

Wow Karin - that is gorgeous. I think you've made a great job of it.
Wall hangings seem to be a popular choice.
