ALPHA-2H...ATC swap

APRIL
This is the continuation of our new ALPHA-2 ATC swap
. . . . . . . . . . . . . Alphabetical ATC swap.
This months (April) title will be: ALPHA-2H. . . . . . folowed by ALPHA-i-j and so on.
This ALPHA-2 started in September 2008 and I will run this swap for the full alphabet.
Each month will have a 'Sign Up By Date' and a 'Get It To Me Date'.
To join in you will need to make 4 portrait style identical (or as near as possible) ATCs. . measuring 2.1/2" x 3.1/2"

. . . . 'Get it to me Date' for ALPHA-2H = . . Tuesday April 28th

The reason for making 4 ATCs is, so that when your swaps returned you you will receive your own Number 1 of 4 (1/4) back each month and 3 of other peoples to collect. This gives us all chance to collect 4 complete alphabets whilst keeping a memento of our own Arty work to peruse for further ideas.
If you save the received swaps in a 9 pocket collectors page it is nice to able to view a 3 month swap on each page.

I got yours yesterday Syeph and Helen's today.
We certainly have some good 'YEAR' month ones in this lot. A graet depiction of special days in April.
The one that Helen did I didn't even know it existed. Well they say you learn something every day and that's got to be good as it keeps my brain cells working..

Girls, as these were posted over a week ago I waited until today. If they hadn't arrive by this moring I would have had to start the swaps without them as each swap takes me almost a day to sort and photograph.

You'll all be pleased to know they were well worth waiting for.

As Monday is a bank holiday this April swap will be a bit later being posted now.

I am so pleased they have arrived Nona, I didn't think they would to be honest. Thank you for waiting for them.

Was worried mine were missing, then checked the first post, derr. Glad they are there.

thriftycrafter , yes I've got them all in now and thanks for the pretty ribbons, such a lovely variety.

Amullree I'm glad they came today too and I really like 'ALPHA H' laughed my head off.

Glad you like them, I thought they were funny as well (strange sense of humour we have) and it's the real thing just smaller.

I like 'pretty & dainty' but I also like 'weird & odd'.
I like working with 'pastel colours' but I also like 'bold and brassy' (Especially if it makes me laugh!).

It really depends on what mood I am in at the time of planning whatever I am doing.

If I make for anyone else I try to work with their favourite colours.

I too have had a preview of Amullree's H's they are brilliant! Wouldn't have thought of that myself

Nice) .. Amullree, ( I love it, it speaks for its self. A propper made noose too. I do hope she never has to put her new found talent to work for real .
