Graze- free snacks
Go on to www.graze.com and use the discount code ''2DYHVFD' to get a free box of healthy foods.... they have fresh fruit, dried fruits, nuts, seeds, olives.... basically gorgeous foods. Its sponsered by the nhs for being healthy and contributing to your 5aday. You can say what you like and what you dont so when they send the box you dont get things you dont like (for example I have said no to fruit like apples, grapes etc as I buy them anyway, and no to some of the nuts).
You do have to sign up like a direct debit but you can cancel whenever you like, straight after your free box if you wish. If you dont want to cancel then your next box is half price then each one is 2.99 after that. Its a weekly thing but you can cancel the box for free up until the day before its due or you can press 'push back' which makes the box come the week after instead of cancelling. I have checked it all out and you can cancel anytime. My box came today and I got fresh pineapple, cashews and a box of nuts and seeds that were very spicy!
For free its great, lol. The box will fit through a letter box. The code is only for a limited time.

I can vouch for them: I had the boxes for a few weeks earlier this year; very tasty indeed! (I had to cancel 'cos I kept on snarfing the peanut crackers and my d**t went to pot ).

No, I'm not putting my 'to do' list here, that would be far to organised, PLUS I would have to keep it up to date

Hmmmm, strange.
That link takes me to a Virgin website.
I'll try typing it in myself.

Most odd, I have retyped it as it was going to my emails? Can you try it Lou as when I clicked it went into my account on Graze this time.
Re: Graze- free snacks
Yep. That works, hun.
I may give them a try when I reach target. They've got some nice looking stuff there.

Re: Graze- free snacks
OH boy, I tried to eat my chilli almonds and cajun flavoured seeds at Uni tonight. They were that spicy I was coughing and spluttering and had tears in my eyes.
Bob enjoyed them tho'.

Jo, I'm confused.
I decided to sign up for this, but I can't choose what I want in my box, only the type of box.
I only want cherries, pineapple and some detox mix, so how do I choose my own stuff. I don't want boxes with nuts, seeds and strange stuff in it.

You can't custom make a box Lou, you have to go through and edit your likes and dislikes. Don't worry if you can't do it all at once; the day before you get your box they e:mail you to tell you what's in it, and I **think** you can still edit it then to say 'don't send me....'
The fruit will be whatever is fresh and in season, rather than you being able to choose specifically.
