I ordered a bracelet from carol after seeing one I liked and it then had coffee spilt on it, now I'm not fussy and probably would have never noticed but she told me and made me another one, then today when i got the package there was an extra necklace in it to apologise for the delay... delay? barely any so was completely gobsmacked and it is completely gorgeous and even if she needn't have been so nice I'm not sending it back

Awww Ruth Embarassed Thanks hun. Your more than welcome, i did feel really guilty for keeping you waiting, and it was the least i could do.

Could you do me a favour though and if you can could you take a piccy of it for me please? I wrapped it up and then remembered, but i didnt want to unwrap it all again lol.
