Does anyone have....

a large empty cooks match box they could send me please. I need two and would rather not have to buy them as we than need to try and store the matches and we're still working through the matches from the three I bought for the drawer swap on here ages ago!

Just wondered if the campers amongst you might have used one up.

what a coincidence...i was told off today for having a plastic tub of matches, without anything to strike them on..i had emptied two big boxes..to use..but haven't yet..i had to tell hubby that the boxes had got wet...

That's how I work as well Lorraine, so I hadn't thought anyone was ignoring, just that nobody had used up any matches.

Was trying to think of a good way to tell Steve we would have another couple of 100 matches to use up but looks like I might be sorted

If not, let me know; I use them to light my beadmaking torch, and just finished a box.

I am looking for the boxes tonight, but have no idea where within the chaos they are...

Any luck searching for those boxes Suzy? We will be going shopping shortly and might just have to buy one so I can start.....

Sorry Helen, did look yesterday when i was supposed to be sorting out stuff to cram in the craft room...they are obviously somewhere safe...so safe that i now cant find a trace of them..except the matches in the drawer in the kitchen, with nothing to strike them on. I think you might have to buy some...i hate it when i can't find something that someone else could use.
