ALPHA-2K..(July).. ATC swap

JULY
This is the continuation of our new ALPHA-2 ATC swap
. . . . . . . . . . . . . Alphabetical ATC swap.
This months (June) title will be: ALPHA-2K. . . . . . folowed by ALPHA-L-M and so on.
This ALPHA-2 started in September 2008 and I will run this swap for the full alphabet.
Each month will have a 'Sign Up By Date' and a 'Get It To Me Date'.
To join in you will need to make 4 portrait style identical (or as near as possible) ATCs. . measuring 2.1/2" x 3.1/2"

. . . . 'Get it to me Date' for ALPHA-2j = . . Tuesday June 28th (the last Tuesday)

The reason for making 4 ATCs is, so that when your swaps returned you you will receive your own Number 1 of 4 (1/4) back each month and 3 of other peoples to collect. This gives us all chance to collect 4 complete alphabets whilst keeping a memento of our own Arty work to peruse for further ideas.
If you save the received swaps in a 9 pocket collectors page it is nice to able to view a 3 month swap on each page.

I have never been quick in sending in mine. Maria always used to be the first

I was all keyed up yesterday morning when I saw the postman push in two fat PINKYs through my letterbox.
1 from Joy and 1 from Helen and 3 sets in each. Super, keep up the good work.

Wow, you've got some lovely 'ABSTRACT FLOWERS' being designed for this months swap on 'Fuller'.
I don't usually comment on them before 'swap time ' but I just had to.
I thought this theme would bring in some different type of art, and it has.

Lauren's are on their way to you in the morning Nona. She wants a separate
envelope for return (have put stamp in), understandably she wants to open her own. We have made each other ATCs so please don't send us either of the others.

Nona - have you received Lauren's ATCs yet ? I notice you haven't
editted the list and am concerned they haven't arrived. They were posted
on Friday last week.

Steph, I had, Lauren is number 11 on this months list and it was up before you posted last night.
The latest editing I did was putting up my own ALPHA Ks as (done) yesterday tea-time.

which is the one I saw had nothing next to it.

I'll keep my eye open for your PINKY but we have a national post strike on Friday.

P.S. Yes she's very neat. All adjusted now, and I'm off to Colemans to get some black
acrylic paint for DH for his new model railway and some (white) blue tack for me so
as I can take photos of my ALPHA-2Ks. I need temporary close of them.

national post strike ,,,my steve is a postie and he is not on strike
i know that down south (london ) where the posties are extremely political and often have lightening strikes at every opportunity they are but steve not heard of any others , no talk of it at their office yet or in notts area

Kim, my DH says he thinks it is the big distribution areas so now I don't know. You're probably right.
