Birthday Card Thanks
In advance of Monday really cos I'm sure I will be posting again.
I've had a lot of cards arrive in the last 2-3 days and I know quite a few of them are from you lovely people. Obviously I don't know who yet cos they aren't open, I'm a good girl I am and waiting
Its especially lovely as I know I haven't been exactly brilliant this year at sending cards, I know I am a bit slow with some anyway, but to know that I have got these to look forward to is making me smile from my heart. Thank you.

Re: Birthday Card Thanks
These are the cards I recieved yesterday and am really awed yet again at the loveliness of the cards.
from top left to right then lower left to right.
Richard (Night out with girls (a friend thought I'd won something with this one )),
Steph (each flower has lovely little brad at centre), Little extra card from Steph with lovely Music notes. Thank you steph these are great, so many as well, thank you.
Lorraine - I love the half and half colours on these, How'd you do it, presume to circle then cut in half and place on top of card opposite colour with ribbon. (Esp liked the Oops too....thats exactly what I would have done LOL)
Karelyn - This is great, all put together with lots of different things. I like the ribbon for the stem,
Dawn - the purple butterfly, I really want one of those punches, have been eyeing it up for a while now.
Di M - I never think of using parts of the embossed folders and this swirl is one of my faves.
Lynda- I think this half daisy is great, is it folded or did you cut it. What a lovely idea.
Kim - Hmmm I didn't realise just how many bags I had until the other day so this one probably quite apt.
Thank you all for the lovely cards, it was wonderful to open them all and then have to explain everyone to Lily....she is a nosey mite.

Re: Birthday Card Thanks
Glad you liked the card, Karin: yes, it is a cut daisy. Both halves are there - tried to get the lower petals in between the upper ones, but failed miserably!
Lovely lot there.
Lynda

Oooh, you got some lovely ones.
Yep to the circles. Cut in half and swap round. As to the 'ooops', I thought you'd appreciate that, lol. You gotta write in the right direction haven't you?

Re: Birthday Card Thanks
Kim haven't seen the punch at all yet but our Range sells all the x cut stuff so I may have to take a detour there soon. Might be worth looking online at their store. Not done it myself yet though, only just remembered they have it LOL
Yep Lorraine right way, well at least you wrote in it. I have a habit of making card, taking the picture and putting it in envelope and then as its nearly always my Mum, she'll rnig me and say I forgot to write in it again. :D

Re: Birthday Card Thanks
Glad you liked mine, it's not my usual thing, but I had a kit and was trying to use as much of it as I could, there was the card blank included so you got the result.

Re: Birthday Card Thanks
Kim I went into the Range today to see about the butterfly and was told they hadn't sold it for a couple of months now and the lady thought that there had been a problem with the makers or something. Maybe a recall or fault. Only thing is to keep ears open I guess.
