Lily's Card

This is the card Lily did the other day. Having had a lesson with her friend a few weeks ago using dress, tag and shoe punches she decided to have another go and put it all together herself.

The left had edging was an offcut from a card I had done and she pinched some of my new paper brads and prima's to finish it off. I think its great for a first, off her own back, card.

Forgot to say, the straps and heart she coloured in herself, thought it was clever thinking to do the straps.

Can't remember - how old is Lily ?

She's just turned 7 steph, in June. Its only really become something more in the last two months cos a friend of hers whose Mum is a friend on mine does cards. Claudia is 8 and does some really nice cards and sells them at the brownie fair. Lily wanted a proper go so I coached them both as a tutorial one day and now she's putting bits together. Shown her a site with stuff on so she can try to copy maybe.
