Here's my go at this one. Haven't got the picture I'm afraid, but it is a direct lift from a layout in Scrapbook Magazine by Louise Hickey from Co.Durham.

I thought the pink was a border as well.

We didn't know it was Patty's jumper until you said Maria LOL, love that backing paper, whole Lo is good of course. I do like that bracketty shape square, is there a name for it, I don't know.

Well I call it a brackety shaped square too!!!
