Not really me
A friend of mine is writing a cardmaking on the cheap book and asked me plus a couple of others to road test her ideas so these cards all use peel offs, magazine pics. wrapping paper and odd scraps of paper and ribbon she sent to me. Being someone who hates peels offs and is a b*g**r for throwing away odd scraps of paper which could be used but then you need to store it and then remember where you put it when you remember to use it, blah, blah, blah. However I had great fun yesterday putting these three together, surprised myself actually.
Re: Not really me
Certainly wouldn't of guessed who had made them as being you Ruth lol.
What's the flower on the top one made of?

Peel offs can be used to good effect, I have lots that just sit around but used well they can do a good job as you've demonstrated. The rose is very pretty, one of your own?

Your friend is a girl after my own heart, Ruth! Looks like you should be keeping all those offcuts!

Very good Ruth, clever how you have done the flower peeloff in the first one.

Re: Not really me
Hmm, well thats sort of what I used to do before I could make cards myself, like make them up out of other cards. I dont ever mind getting them from other people like that (Im just glad to receive them!) but I dont feel comfortable anymore sending them out like that - I think you can tell.
That said, I quite like the third one, but if you said to me who had made this card I would never say it was one of Ruths.

LOL @ Kim.
I don't use peel offs on cards but I do use them for making postcards to send
off for my competitions.
Have to agree with the others - would never have put these cards as yours Ruth.
I am a huge recylcer, but even I have my limits. I don't like using magazine
pictures - too flimsy.
