Cambridge Empty Cambridge

I do the cambridge diet and since august have lost 3 stone 3lbs ..9lbs i put on in holiday last week so i am back on my diet again now ,this is the only diet thats ever worked for me x

I was on it years ago and lost but it went straight back on again, lol. I like my wine gums too much. Mr Green

It is very hard ,i started at the 1200 and then moved to sole source which is just 3 cambridge meals per day ,i am finding it hard at the minute .

i lost 3 stone 3lbs but went mad from nov to now and put 2 back on
i know it works and i can do it thats why i am going back to it x
