I do the cambridge diet and since august have lost 3 stone 3lbs ..9lbs i put on in holiday last week so i am back on my diet again now ,this is the only diet thats ever worked for me x

Is that still only 330 cals, Cathy?

I was on it years ago and lost but it went straight back on again, lol. I like my wine gums too much.

It is very hard ,i started at the 1200 and then moved to sole source which is just 3 cambridge meals per day ,i am finding it hard at the minute .

slimming world worked for me (I lost nearly 2 stone and have kept it off so far (4 months)

Feeling slightly envious, and knowing I need to join in, but enjoying/needing food too much right now. I did have a swim tonight though to offset a little.

just updating this i stopped cambridge and i am going to restart now on mon 17th march x

i lost 3 stone 3lbs but went mad from nov to now and put 2 back on
i know it works and i can do it thats why i am going back to it x
