Been playing....
with Distress inks and water, grungeboard and glimmer mists. First one is from a project by Graphicus Glenda. I'm afraid my stamping leaves a lot to be desired this time, but I didn't wait long enough for the card to dry.

Re: Been playing....
The flower is grungeboard. Stamped it 3 times from the same stamp as the glimmer mist one. Inked it using distress inks. Soaked it, curled the edges, let it dry (ish) and mounted the 3 different cut out parts together.

Re: Been playing....
oooh er, sounds way too difficult for me... so you mean you cut them out?
and how do you get your background so smooth, I mean like the colours graduate into one another seamlessly - I can only do blotchy with alcohol inks (tho I can do almost anything with actual alcohol!)

It's not difficult, hun. You'd easy do it.
Yep, cut the flowers out in 3 different layers and the inks were sprayed with water and blended. It's Distress Ink Pads, Maria not alcohol inks.

Re: Been playing....
Absolutely gorgeous, both of them! I loves Grungeboard, I do!
But I'm getting all jealous again about visitations and crafty demos and picking up from the railway stations etc.
